This document sets out the conditions for using all services on the q baje platform. Please read the entire document carefully before opening an account or using any service on the platform.
General Provisions
1.1 Definitions
In this document, "Platform" refers to the q baje website, mobile app, and all related digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who is registered on q baje and using its services. 1.2 Applicability of Terms

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each member may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses or rewards will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is not allowed.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other information provided at registration must be completely accurate. q baje reserves the right to verify identity at any time. If any account information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the q baje platform is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from an account registered in the member's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Payment methods available for withdrawal are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. q baje reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if account verification has not been completed.
3.3 Identity Verification
For large withdrawals or suspicious transactions, q baje may request a national ID card, bank statement, or other documents. If the required information for verification is not provided, the withdrawal may be delayed or suspended. This is part of the platform's security measures.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
q baje is firmly committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. q baje reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, the wagering requirement must be met — you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (for a ৳1,000 bonus: ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000).
4.2 Other Promotions
q baje regularly offers various promotional offers, such as weekly festival bonuses, slot bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. It is mandatory to read the terms of the relevant offer before claiming any promotion.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
If a member uses multiple accounts to claim bonuses, provides false information, or takes advantage of system errors, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. Bonuses are provided solely for genuine recreational play.
Games and Betting Rules
5.1 Game Operation
All games operated on the q baje platform are run by third-party game software providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
5.2 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the entire bet will be recalculated.
5.3 Technical Issues
q baje will not be liable if any game or bet is affected by loss of internet connection or device problems. If any loss occurs due to a server issue, q baje will take reasonable steps, but a guarantee of full compensation cannot be given.
5.4 Fraudulent Activity
If a member attempts to influence game outcomes, uses bots or automated software, or colludes with other members, their account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be cancelled.
Responsible Gaming Policy
q baje believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Following the Responsible Gaming Guidelines is important for every member. The protective measures listed below are voluntarily provided by q baje.
6.1 Setting Spending Limits
Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. To change these limits, contact the support team. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit may require a waiting period.
6.2 Self-Exclusion
A member may request to temporarily close their account for a specified period. During this time, no bonus or promotional communications will be sent. For serious cases, the option to permanently close the account is also available.

- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts
- Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering
- Attempting to breach the platform's technical security
7.2 Closure Request by Member
Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact the support team. There will be an opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed. However, amounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawable.
